Calendar Sync

Two-way calendar integration for complete workflow.

Enable Calendar Sync

1. Go to Settings → Calendar Sync
2. Toggle Calendar Sync on
3. Grant calendar access when prompted
4. Choose which features to enable:

Read from Calendar

When enabled, Wendigo can import calendar events as time sessions:

• Wendigo scans your calendar for events
• It matches event titles to client names
• Events are imported as time sessions with the matched client
• Conflict detection prevents duplicate entries

To import events manually: go to Settings → Calendar Sync → Import Events Now.

Write to Calendar

When enabled, Wendigo can create calendar events for your time sessions:

• A dedicated "Wendigo Sessions" calendar is created in your Calendar app
• Each time session generates a calendar event
• Events include the client name and duration
• You can update or delete calendar events from within Wendigo

Conflict Detection

Wendigo checks for overlapping sessions when importing or writing:

• If a calendar event overlaps with an existing session, it's flagged
• You're prompted to resolve the conflict before importing
• Duplicate sessions are never created automatically
