The short version: OrgFlo does not collect your data. Your tasks, projects, and areas are stored on your device and optionally synced through Apple's iCloud — a service you already trust. We have no server, no account system, and no analytics. We genuinely do not know you exist.

1. Data Stored on Your Device

All task data you create in OrgFlo — tasks, projects, areas, tags, notes, due dates, and settings — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device except through the iCloud sync you explicitly control (see Section 2).

We do not have a server. We do not have a database. We have no ability to access, read, or recover your data. If you delete the app, your local data is permanently removed.

2. iCloud Sync

OrgFlo can optionally sync your data across your iPhone, Mac, and Apple Watch using Apple's CloudKit service (container iCloud.com.orgflo.app). This sync is built directly into Apple's platform and is governed entirely by Apple's Privacy Policy.

  • Sync only occurs if you are signed into iCloud and have iCloud Drive enabled on your device.
  • Your data travels directly from your device to Apple's iCloud servers. OrgFlo — as the developer — cannot access, read, or retrieve any data stored in your private CloudKit container.
  • You can disable iCloud sync at any time in your device's Settings app under Apple ID → iCloud → OrgFlo.

3. No Tracking or Analytics

OrgFlo contains no analytics SDKs, no crash reporting services, no advertising frameworks, and no third-party tracking libraries. We do not know how many people use the app, which features are used most, or how often it is opened.

We do not track you across apps or websites. We do not build a profile of your behaviour. OrgFlo's App Store privacy nutrition label accurately reflects this: the app collects no data linked to you and does not track you.

4. Network Requests

OrgFlo makes no outbound network requests to our servers — because we don't have any. The only network activity the app performs is:

  • iCloud sync — data sent to and from Apple's CloudKit infrastructure, as described in Section 2.
  • Apple Watch connectivity — tasks are shared between your iPhone and Apple Watch using WatchConnectivity, which is a local device-to-device channel. No data is sent over the internet for this purpose.
  • App Group widget data — Today Widget and Lock Screen Widget data is shared between the app and its extensions using an App Group (group.com.orgflo.app), which is a local sandboxed storage mechanism. No network activity is involved.

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

OrgFlo may offer optional paid features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed exclusively through Apple's App Store using StoreKit. We do not collect, see, or store any payment card details or billing information.

Your purchase history and subscription status are managed by Apple. To cancel a subscription or request a refund, use the standard Apple process: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device.

Apple's handling of your payment information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Widgets & Watch App

OrgFlo's Home Screen widget, Lock Screen widget, and Apple Watch app display task data that is already stored locally on your device. No additional data is collected by these extensions. Widget and Watch data sharing happens entirely on-device using Apple's App Group and WatchConnectivity frameworks.

7. Children's Privacy

OrgFlo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since OrgFlo collects no personal information from anyone, there is no special handling required for children's data.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support channel, please contact us and we will remove it promptly.

8. Deleting Your Data

Because all your data lives on your device, you are always in complete control:

  • Delete individual tasks or projects — from within the app at any time.
  • Delete all app data — delete OrgFlo from your device. All SwiftData storage is removed automatically by iOS/macOS.
  • Remove iCloud data — go to Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Account Storage → OrgFlo and tap "Delete Data". This removes all synced data from Apple's CloudKit container.

We have no server-side copy of your data, so there is nothing for us to delete on our end.

9. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws (including GDPR, CCPA, and PIPEDA) to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you.

Since OrgFlo does not collect or store personal data on our systems, most of these rights are satisfied by the data controls built directly into the app and your Apple device. If you have a specific request — for example, relating to support correspondence — please contact us using the details in Section 12.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or in applicable law. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted in the App Store release notes for the relevant update.

Continued use of OrgFlo after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
