InvoiceFlo ("we", "our", or "us") is developed and operated by Jamieson Rothwell / Lymegrove. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the InvoiceFlo app and this website.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
All data you enter into InvoiceFlo — including invoices, client details, line items, payment records, and revenue figures — is stored locally on your device using SwiftData. We do not have access to this data, and it is never transmitted to our servers.
2. iCloud Sync
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your invoice and client data is synced between your iPhone and Mac via Apple's iCloud service. This sync is device-to-device; we do not have access to your data in transit or at rest in iCloud. Your iCloud data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
3. In-App Purchases
InvoiceFlo offers optional paid features processed entirely through Apple's App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details. All billing, receipts, and subscription management are handled by Apple and governed by their Privacy Policy.
4. Support Form
When you submit a bug report or feature request through this website, we collect:
- Your email address
- The title and description you provide
- Any screenshot you choose to attach (optional)
This information is submitted to a private GitHub repository for the sole purpose of responding to your report and improving the app. Your email will not be used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared beyond what is necessary to address your support request. Support submissions are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the issue and may be deleted on request.
5. Analytics and Tracking
InvoiceFlo does not include any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking pixels. We do not track your behaviour across other apps or websites. No personally identifiable information is collected for analytics purposes.
6. Network Requests
InvoiceFlo is a local-first app. The only outbound network requests made by the app are:
- iCloud sync: Device-to-device data sync via Apple's iCloud infrastructure (see Section 2).
- PDF sharing: Invoice PDFs are generated entirely on your device and shared using the system share sheet. No data is sent to our servers.
- App Store receipt validation: Apple's standard StoreKit framework may contact Apple's servers to verify in-app purchase receipts. No personal invoice data is involved.
7. Children's Privacy
InvoiceFlo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
8. Your Rights
Because InvoiceFlo stores all data locally on your device, you have complete control over it at all times. You can delete all app data by removing the app from your device. For data submitted via the support form, you may request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us at the address below.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law (including GDPR, CCPA, or PIPEDA). We will respond to all legitimate requests within a reasonable timeframe.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the app or this website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice within the app.
