1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Invoiceflo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, you are expressly prohibited from using the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lymegrove Inc. regarding your use of Invoiceflo and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
2. Local-First Architecture & Data Privacy
Invoiceflo is built on a local-first architecture. All invoice data and business information you create remains stored exclusively on your device. We do not operate a custom cloud backend, do not sync your data to third-party databases, and do not resell, license, or monetize your personal or business information in any form.
If you enable iCloud sync, your data is transmitted only to your private iCloud container under your Apple ID. We have no access to your synced data and it remains subject to Apple's privacy and security protocols.
We collect no personally identifiable information beyond what is automatically collected by Apple through the App Store for the purpose of subscription management. Your financial records and invoicing data are yours alone.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Invoiceflo offers subscription plans (Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime) available exclusively through the Apple App Store. All purchases are processed securely by Apple using your Apple ID and payment method.
All subscription management, including cancellations, renewals, and refund requests, is governed by Apple's standard App Store terms and policies. We have no ability to modify, cancel, or refund subscriptions directly. To manage your subscription, visit Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions on your iOS device or use iTunes/App Store settings.
Subscription prices and features are subject to change. Any price changes will apply to subsequent renewal periods. We will provide reasonable notice of any significant changes to subscription terms.
4. Limitation of Liability
Invoiceflo is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. You acknowledge that Invoiceflo is a business utility tool for organizing and tracking invoices, not a replacement for professional accounting, tax, or financial advisory services.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lymegrove Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, business, or accounting discrepancies, arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You are solely responsible for maintaining backup copies of your data and for verifying the accuracy of any financial calculations or reports generated by Invoiceflo. The App does not constitute financial, accounting, or tax advice.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be exclusively brought in the courts of British Columbia, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
