Terms of Use

License

Matchflo is licensed, not sold, to you for use under the terms of this agreement. This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and the Matchflo developer.

Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this agreement, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Matchflo for personal and professional purposes.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Rent, lease, or sublicense Matchflo
• Transfer or distribute the software to others
• Use Matchflo for any unlawful purpose

No Warranty

Matchflo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we strive for accuracy in ATS compatibility scoring, results are estimates and should not be the sole basis for job application decisions.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of Matchflo. Maximum liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the software.

Subscriptions

Matchflo Pro offers subscription options (monthly and annual). Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal period. Manage subscriptions through your App Store account settings.

Refunds are handled through Apple's App Store refund process. We honor all refund requests for accidental purchases within Apple's refund window.

Updates

The software may periodically check for updates. Updates may be automatically downloaded and installed. Updates may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or new functionality.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the software was purchased, without regard to conflict of law principles.
