How can we help?

Find answers to common questions about Workflo, or reach out and we'll get back to you.

Workflo divides the first 90 days of any goal or new chapter into three 30-day phases. Each phase has its own focus: the first 30 days are about learning and orienting, the next 30 about building momentum, and the final 30 about cementing what works. Within each phase you set goals, track daily habits, and journal your progress.
Open Workflo and tap New Journey. Give it a name — this could be a new job, a fitness goal, a side project, or anything you want to structure over 90 days. Workflo will set your start date and walk you through adding your first phase goals and habits.
Yes. You can have multiple active journeys simultaneously — for example, a professional goal and a health goal running in parallel. Each journey has its own phases, goals, habits, and journal, so they stay completely separate.
Goals are the outcomes you want to achieve by the end of a phase — things you can check off once completed, like "finish onboarding" or "run a 5K." Habits are the daily or weekly actions that move you toward those goals — things you repeat, like "read for 20 minutes" or "exercise 4× per week."
Inside any journey, tap the Habits tab then tap +. Give your habit a name, choose a frequency (daily or a set number of times per week), and optionally set a reminder time. Habits are linked to your active phase and carry forward unless you edit or remove them.
When you move into the next phase, your existing habits carry over by default. You can review them at the phase transition and choose to keep, modify, or remove each one. This lets you evolve your routine as your focus shifts across the 30, 60, and 90 day marks.
Each journey has a built-in journal where you can write daily entries. Tap the Journal tab and then + to add an entry for today. Entries are timestamped and linked to your current phase, so you can look back and see what you were thinking at each stage of the journey.
Yes. The Journal tab shows all entries in chronological order. You can scroll back through your history or use the search bar at the top to find entries by keyword. Entries are also grouped by phase so you can quickly jump to what you wrote during day 1–30, 31–60, or 61–90.
Tap on any habit to open its detail view, then tap Edit. Under the Reminder section you can set a fixed daily notification time. Make sure Workflo has notification permission in Settings → Notifications → Workflo.
Yes. Workflo sends a phase-start notification on day 31 and day 61 to prompt you to review your goals and habits for the new phase. You can disable these in Settings → Notifications → Workflo if you prefer to check in manually.
