Fractura is licensed, not sold. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms.
You may use Fractura for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the app.
Fractura is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
