Fractura is developed and maintained by Jamieson Rothwell. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app does and does not collect.

The short version: Fractura collects no personal data, has no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and makes no network requests.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Fractura does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal information. Specifically:

• No account registration — the app requires no login or sign-up
• No analytics — no third-party analytics SDKs
• No advertising — no ad networks or tracking
• No network requests — the app functions entirely offline
• No location, camera, microphone, contacts, or photos access

DATA STORED LOCALLY

Fractura stores the following data locally on your device only (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device:

High score	Display your personal best
Sound enabled/disabled	Remember sound preference
Haptics enabled/disabled	Remember haptics preference

This data is deleted when you uninstall the app.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Fractura uses only Apple system frameworks (SwiftUI, SpriteKit, AVFoundation, GameController). No data is shared with any third party.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Fractura does not collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. Rated 4+ on the App Store.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

If this policy changes, we will update this document and the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
