The short version

Fractionflo does not collect, transmit or sell any personal data. Everything you enter stays on your device.

Data you enter in the app

Clients, contacts, deals, notes, milestones and pitch library entries are stored only in the app's local database on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. Lymegrove has no servers that receive this data and cannot see it. Deleting the app, or choosing Erase All Data in Settings, permanently removes it.

Analytics, advertising and tracking

The app contains no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking SDKs, and does not use your data to track you across apps or websites.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. Fractionflo only receives confirmation of whether Fractionflo Pro is unlocked; we never see your payment details or Apple Account identity. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in Apple's privacy policy.

Exports and sharing

When you copy, share or export a document or CSV file, it goes only where you choose to send it.

This website

Unlike the app, this website uses analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. None of it is connected to the app or your data, and blocking it doesn't affect the site.

• Google Analytics 4, which sets cookies and processes your IP address and browser details under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
• Matomo, which we host ourselves, so its data isn't shared with anyone else.
• Google Fonts, which supplies the site's fonts and receives your IP address and basic browser details. See the Google privacy policy.

Contacting support

If you write to us using the support form or by email, we receive the name, email address and message you provide, and use them only to reply to you. We don't add you to mailing lists.

Children

Fractionflo is a business tool and is not directed at children.
